There are no upgrade or downgrade fees. You only pay the
difference between the old package and the new package.
When a package is changed we simply pro-rate out the old
package and apply any credits that may be remaining to
the newly changed package.
As soon as you have paid the balance in full our billing
department will immediately reactivate your account. Please
contact the billing department if you have any questions.
We allow a three day grace period in which you may make
your payment. Accounts that remain unpaid after 3 days
will incur a non refundable late fee of $5.00. If
the account is not paid in full within 10 days following
invoice date will be suspended. Suspended websites
will not be accessible from the Internet. Any account suspended
for non payment will be assessed an additional non refundable
fee of $10.00. The site will remain suspended until
payment in full is received (including late & suspension
fees). To avoid late fees, you may pre-pay on a quarterly,
semi-annual or annual billing cycle. *All annual billing
accounts will receive a 10% discount. To learn more

We accept Visa and Mastercard through PayPal and company
checks. We do not accept checks on new accounts.
You must have a good payment history with Docu-Type
Web Hosting for a minimum of six (6) months before
we will accept a check. The only exception to
this rule is if you are prepaying for six months
or a year.
