Docu-Type Web Hosting is so certain that you're
going to love our service, speed and features, that
we're offering a money-back guarantee to all new web
hosting customers.
Terms
If you are not 100% satisfied within
your first 14 days of service at Docu-Type Web Hosting,
we will refund 100% of your hosting fees paid up
to the date of termination.*
* This Guarantee applies solely to those
customers who were not delivered the level of service
guaranteed under our Service Agreement & Legal
Notices. You must be able to show reasons why you
were not 100% satisfied, in writing (in order to help
us improve our service in the future). In addition
to the full prepaid fees being refunded in such cases,
you will also get free set-up for when you decide to
return to our services in the future. Cancellations
without a valid reason will still receive a full prepaid
fee refund, but the 10% administration fee or a $5.00
fee will be charged, whichever is greater. The following
services are excluded from this guarantee:
- Domain Name Registration Fees are non-refundable
due to registry rules
- Overage Fees for Data Transfer/Bandwidth
and/or Disk Space
- Additional Products or Services such
as Shopping Carts, SSL, etc.
Any customer taking
advantage of this guarantee must complete the survey
section in the cancellation form which will assist
us in improving our services for other customers. The survey must be completed
at the time of cancellation. The effective date of
any cancellation is 12:01 am PST on the 14th day following
the initial order. Example: Order date
of November 1 = Cancellation deadline of 12:01 am on
November 15th
Furthermore, if account traffic usage exceeds
2 GB within the first 14 days of service, a 10% administration
fee or a $5.00 fee, whichever is higher will be subtracted
from the total amount of the refund.
Any account terminated for violating our Policies & Legal Notices will
not be eligible for the 14-day money back guarantee.
Our money back guarantee is valid for one account per
customer to prevent abuse.
