Cancellations
Please be aware that there are no pro-rated
refunds after the first 14 days of service. For more

here. You may use the following method
to deliver a written notice of cancellation:
- Fax your request to 1-519-941-5029;
please include your domain name, password and your
reason for canceling on your cover letter for fastest
processing of your request. Please include your contact
information in the event that we need to get in touch
with you.
Cancellations over the telephone and
informal email are not accepted. Cancellation requests
must be received by Docu-Type Web Hosting a minimum
of 3 days prior to the end of your Billing Cycle. Cancellations
submitted later than this time may result in automatic
renewal of your hosting plan. Cancellations become
effective on the day processed by Docu-Type Web Hosting.
Docu-Type Web Hosting is unable to cancel your account effective
for a future date.
Docu-Type Web Hosting will confirm the cancellation
request when it is processed. If you do not receive
a confirmation, please contact Docu-Type Web Hosting as soon
as possible. The account is not cancelled until
you have received a confirmation from Docu-Type Web Hosting
via email. We recommend that you keep
a copy of the confirmation email from Docu-Type Web Hosting's
staff for your records.
